Use of information
NetKarte uses IP addresses, browser and device information, HTTP headers, and similar information to display diagnostic results, improve the service, and prevent misuse.
Region and location information shown based on an IP address is an estimate and does not indicate a precise current location.
The diagnostic functions do not create or store a proprietary ID to identify visitors over time.

Information sent to external services
Depending on the feature you use, NetKarte sends the following information.

Information sent is handled under each service's policy. After opening an external link such as Amazon, the destination's terms and privacy policy apply.
Information retention
Diagnostic results and search history are not stored persistently. Search results are held temporarily for processing.
IP addresses and similar data may be retained in access logs for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
Inquiry content is not stored as website data and is received by email. The policies of the mail services used apply to email storage and management.
Cookies and consent settings
NetKarte uses cookies to retain the display language and consent settings. Consent settings are retained for 180 days.
Analytics cookies are not used until you grant permission. Even if you reject them, limited cookieless measurement information may be sent to Google.
You can change these settings from Privacy settings in the footer. Diagnostic functions remain available even if you reject analytics.
